1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CarryHome’s website and mobile application (the “Service”), operated by CarryHome. By visiting or placing an order, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. Any new features or tools added to the Service shall be subject to these Terms

2. Definitions

  • “CarryHome”, “we” or “us” refers to CarryHome, India.
  • “User”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing or using the Service.
  • “Goods” are the kitchenware and home products offered for sale on CarryHome.

3. Account Registration

You must register and provide accurate, complete information to create an account. You represent that you are of legal age to form binding contracts under applicable law. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. Such acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance and a binding contract only occur when we dispatch the Goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that price or product descriptions are error-free.
  • Payment Methods: UPI, wallets, credit/debit cards, net-banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
  • Billing Accuracy: We may verify or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or in violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy. Key highlights:

  • Same-Day Delivery (Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali): Orders placed before the cut-off time (as displayed at checkout) will be delivered by 11 pm on the same day
  • Standard National Shipping: 3–7 business days transit; expedited (2 days) available in select metros at extra cost
  • Shipping Charges & Free Thresholds: Displayed at checkout; free above ₹500 (tri-city)

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Order Cancellation: Same-day orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes; national orders free before shipment or within 2 hours of placement
  • Returns: Eligible Goods may be returned within 7 days in unused condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact
  • Refund Timelines:
    • Wallets/UPI: within 24 hours of return acceptance
    • Cards/Net-Banking: 5–7 working days (up to 10 days)
    • COD: bank transfer within 7 working days of pickup
  • Return-Shipping Costs: Free for damaged/wrong items; borne by Customer for change-of-mind returns

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—text, graphics, logos, images and software—is our property or licensed to us and protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use our content only for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Transmit harmful code (viruses, worms) or spam, crawl, scrape or collect personal data of other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsify information

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided, the Service and all Goods are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarryHome’s total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Goods.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CarryHome, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss or damage (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh. Consumer disputes may also be pursued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised versions on our site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
