• If the lid sticks or the gasket pops out at first, that’s just the airtight seal settling—not a defect.
Cleaning
• Safe on the top rack of your dishwasher (delicate/low-heat cycle).
• For hand-washing, use non-abrasive soap and a soft cloth—no scouring pads.
• To clean under the gasket, gently pry it out with a blunt tool, rinse, air-dry completely, then snap it back in place. Always ensure both lid and gasket are fully dry before storing.
Cautions
• Never place glass directly on an open flame.
• Don’t microwave with lids locked—leave vents open.
• Avoid over-filling (keep below 70% full in the freezer to allow for expansion).
• Don’t stack non-nesting containers or slam them together.
• For oven-safe models, let chilled containers come to room temperature before heating."
