CARE

  1. Handwash your Kishco stainless steel cutlery in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge—avoid abrasive pads, bleach, and harsh detergents to keep the finish bright and scratch‑free.
  2. Rinse pieces immediately after use—especially after acidic foods like tomato, vinegar, or citrus—to prevent stains and corrosion.
  3. Never leave cutlery soaking or wet overnight; always dry thoroughly with a soft towel to avoid rust spots and watermarks.
  4. If you use a dishwasher (for 18/0 and 18‑10 stainless steel items), rinse off food, use a mild detergent, separate knives from forks and spoons to prevent contact corrosion, open the door after the final rinse, and remove cutlery promptly for towel‑drying.
  5. Store your cutlery in a dry, well‑ventilated drawer or in a protective organizer case to prevent scratches and moisture buildup.
