CARE

  2. Rinse pieces immediately after use—especially after acidic foods like tomato, vinegar, or citrus—to prevent stains and corrosion.
  3. Never leave cutlery soaking or wet overnight; always dry thoroughly with a soft towel to avoid rust spots and watermarks.
  4. If you use a dishwasher (for 18/0 and 18‑10 stainless steel items), rinse off food, use a mild detergent, separate knives from forks and spoons to prevent contact corrosion, open the door after the final rinse, and remove cutlery promptly for towel‑drying.
  5. Store your cutlery in a dry, well‑ventilated drawer or in a protective organizer case to prevent scratches and moisture buildup.
