SHIPPING & RETURNS

Each Kansyam piece is thoughtfully created by skilled rural artisans, using techniques passed down through generations.

Minor variations in shape, texture, or finish—including spots or sharp edges—are natural signs of true craftsmanship, not flaws. These can be easily cleaned with a quick wash and gentle scrub using a scotch brite.

Our bronze products may also develop a patina over time—a natural process that can be reversed with simple cleaning methods using lime, salt, vinegar, or tamarind.

We offer nationwide shipping services across India. Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch.

We accept returns for products only in cases where there is something wrong with the product such as missing product, product other than what was ordered and broken product. We have an open box policy regarding such incidents. Share us a video whilst opening the box within 24 hours of receiving such a package. Read our Return Policy here

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Daily Cleaning - Use any of following

  • Vinegar or Lime + Salt: Sprinkle salt over a cut lemon (or pour vinegar), scrub gently with a soft brush or cloth, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry.
  • Baking Soda & Lemon: Mix 1 tsp baking soda with a few drops of lemon juice into a paste, apply briefly, rinse with lukewarm water, and dry completely.
  • Tomato Ketchup Quick‑Fix: Spread a thin layer of ketchup on tarnished spots, buff with a cloth, rinse off, and dry immediately.

Deep Cleaning - Use any of following

  • Tamarind & Vinegar Soak: Boil water with tamarind pulp and a dash of vinegar, immerse the utensil until the tarnish lifts, then wash with mild soap, rinse, and dry.
  • Pitambari Powder Scrub: Rub on Pitambari brass‑cleaning powder, scrub gently, rinse with water, and pat dry to remove stubborn stains.
  • Lemon Juice & Flour Paste: Blend lemon juice with flour into a paste, coat the brass surface, let sit briefly, then rinse and dry to restore shine.

Post Wash Care

  • Thorough Drying: Always wipe your brass utensils completely dry with a soft, lint‑free cloth or sun‑dry them to prevent moisture buildup and keep them gleaming.
